In May 2024, Toa Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. announced its acquisition of all shares of Fullheart Japan and Harvest Japan, with the aim of creating greater synergy across the group. This has formed a new group in the industrial control equipment field that can respond comprehensively to customer needs—from custom prototypes to mass production, across hardware and software, and from electrical and electronic systems to enclosures and mechanical design.
